Adoption process

Prospective adopters can visit the Sherwood shelter in person during walk-in hours (Tue–Sun, noon–6 p.m.) to meet cats, or apply online for cats in foster care and wait to be contacted for a meet-and-greet; adoption is finalized with an adoption counseling session where you sign an adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee.
