Adoption Process

We do not facilitate same-sex placements or allow Pit Bulls to be placed in homes with multiple dogs. A Pit Bull may be placed in a home with a compatible dog of the opposite sex, but we require adopters to adhere to specific safety measures. These include never leaving the dogs unsupervised, monitoring playtime, and avoiding potential conflict triggers such as bones and toys. Additionally, we request that dogs placed by us not be taken to dog parks. We prefer local adoptions and require a home check prior to adoption approval. Applicants must be at least 21 years old. The adoption fee is $150, which covers spaying or neutering, up-to-date vaccinations, worming, and microchipping.
