Animal Rescue Movement (ARM) is a no-kill animal rescue organization located in Middleburg, Florida, in Clay County, about 25 miles northeast of Jacksonville, FL. Five other animal shelters or rescues also serve Clay County, FL. ARM's mission is to seek proper medical care for every animal it rescues, spay or neuter all animals before placement, and love and socialize them to ensure successful adoption into a permanent, loving home. The organization, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, also works to educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering, proper medical care, heartworm prevention, and pet socialization and training.
