Humane Animal Partners is a no-kill humane society located at 18675 Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, about 20 miles northwest of Milford, DE, and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Formerly known as the Delaware SPCA and Delaware Humane Association, the organization provides low-cost wellness services, vaccines, and surgery alongside its dog and cat adoption programs, with a team of veterinary professionals delivering compassionate, affordable care. Because most of its operational funding comes directly from donors, the organization relies on community support to provide essential care, programs, and services to more than 4,000 dogs and cats every year. Beyond adoptions, Humane Animal Partners offers volunteer opportunities, foster programs, dog training through its Happy Tails Dog Training Academy, and community vaccination clinics across Delaware.
