Adoption process

Interested adopters complete a dog or cat adoption application by email, are screened for suitability with references checked, and then have a home visit to meet the pet; approved adopters get conditional adoptions with post-adoption follow-up, and all animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and tested (cats for feline leukemia/FIV/heartworm, dogs for heartworm and Lyme disease) before adoption.
