About this shelter
Carver Scott Humane Society (becoming Sota Saves) in Hopkins, MN
Carver Scott Humane Society, becoming Sota Saves, is located in Hopkins, Minnesota, about 8 miles southeast of Bloomington. It is a foster-based rescue dedicated to connecting animals in need with people who care, saving dogs and cats from overpopulated, high-kill shelters through its network of volunteer foster homes. As a foster-based organization, its capacity to save animals depends directly on the number of available foster homes, so it relies heavily on community members opening their homes to fosters. The organization also offers adoption support, pet surrender and lost-pet assistance, and multiple ways for the public to give back, including monthly giving, in-kind donations, and facility sponsorships.
