Wags & Whiskers Animal Rescue is committed to saving lives and finding permanent homes for stray, abandoned, and surrendered dogs from high-kill shelters. We operate as a small, no-kill organization run entirely by volunteers. All of our dogs are placed in foster homes, allowing us to understand their personalities and match them with suitable adopters. We do not maintain a physical shelter. Our organization relies on adoption fees for funding, as we do not receive public funding or significant donations. We are actively seeking foster homes, especially in the Twin Cities area.
