About this shelter

Purrfect Pals Cat Sanctuary & Adoption Centers in Arlington, WA

Purrfect Pals Cat Sanctuary & Adoption Centers is a non-profit, no-kill cat sanctuary and adoption center located in Arlington, Washington, about 10 miles south of Everett, WA, and open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Founded in 1988 and serving the Puget Sound region, the organization is built on the belief that every cat matters and every cat is adoptable, with special focus on cats other shelters may lack the resources to help—including senior ("vintage") cats, cats with chronic illnesses like FIV and feline leukemia, and those with behavioral challenges. Its sanctuary is currently home to more than 140 special-needs cats who have a place to stay for as long as they need it while awaiting adoption or long-term foster placement. Beyond adoptions, Purrfect Pals runs programs such as a prison foster care program and a community pet food bank to support cats and cat owners throughout the region.
