Western Illinois Animal Rescue in Monmouth, IL

Western Illinois Animal Rescue is a rescue organization located in Monmouth, Illinois, about 40 miles north of Davenport, Iowa. Founded in 2000 by a group of caring citizens who wanted to help animals in need, WIAR operates as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and follows a "no kill" philosophy, finding homes for cats and dogs in need.
