Whimpers to Wags Rescue, Inc. in Colorado Springs, CO

We are a small dog rescue based in Colorado Springs, established in 2019 by a dedicated board and two experienced foster volunteers. Our mission is to provide a safe haven for dogs in need, particularly those with defeated spirits, while fostering community involvement and educating the public about animal welfare.

Adoption process

Our adoption process begins with a foster and adoption application. This includes a comprehensive home visit, background vetting, spay/neuter requirements, and behavior observation before finalizing the adoption. The adoption fees are as follows: $300 for adults, $350 for puppies under one year old, and fees for seniors are negotiable.
