Adoption Process

To initiate the adoption process, we require potential adopters to complete an application and participate in an interview to ensure the most suitable match. Adoption fees range from $350 to $450. All dogs will receive essential vaccinations, be spayed or neutered, and be microchipped before adoption. Additionally, adopters will sign a contract agreeing to return the dog if they are unable to care for it in the future.

Additionally, we aim to educate and promote best practices in animal welfare, both locally and on a national and global scale. We believe in responding to needs wherever they arise, provided we have the resources to do so. This capability is entirely dependent on the support of our community. Real Dog Rescue does not receive funding from government agencies and relies solely on donations from our dedicated supporters. Our mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home dogs in need is greatly enhanced by the active participation of volunteers who contribute their talents to our efforts. With open hearts, boundless passion, and a commitment to our cause, we are excited about the journey ahead.
