Morgan County Animal Services provides a range of services to the community, including: Enforcement of the county's animal ordinances Response to reports of stray animals and acceptance of owner surrenders Assistance in locating lost pets through advertisements in the Morgan County Citizen and the Lake Oconee News, as well as through the Nixle program A significant portion of our animals are either adopted or placed with rescue organizations.
