Adoption Process

A potential adopter begins by completing an application and meeting with an adoption coordinator. Once the application is approved, the adopter signs an agreement regarding the health certificate and receives the animal's health records. The adoption fee varies depending on the age and type of animal.

We were established in 1972 by Gertrude Maxwell with a commitment to the humane care and treatment of animals. Our objectives are as follows: We advocate for spaying and neutering of companion animals as the only effective and humane solution to pet overpopulation.
