Save A Pet Florida, Inc. in Palm Beach, FL

We were established in 1972 by Gertrude Maxwell with a commitment to the humane care and treatment of animals. Our objectives are as follows: We advocate for spaying and neutering of companion animals as the only effective and humane solution to pet overpopulation. We uphold the principle that euthanasia should not be performed solely due to excessive numbers of animals. Our no-kill policy means that animals are only euthanized in cases of terminal and painful illnesses, where compassion necessitates this action due to a lack of reasonable alternatives. We strive to find suitable homes for animals in our care and those in foster homes. We provide financial assistance for emergency veterinary care to individuals facing financial hardships. We conduct programs aimed at promoting the kind treatment of animals and preventing cruelty.
