The adoption process consists of submitting an application, processing the application, conducting an interview, and proceeding with the adoption if the dog is a suitable match for the family.

Luv4K9s is a non-profit dog rescue organization that is operated solely by volunteers. Our mission is to find permanent homes for deserving dogs. The dogs in our care include those surrendered by their owners, as well as abandoned, abused, and puppy mill rescues. We also provide refuge for dogs that shelters have labeled as "not adoptable," ensuring they receive medical care, proper nutrition, and affection until they can be placed in approved homes. Luv4K9s is committed to reducing the number of unwanted pets by spaying and neutering all dogs in our re-homing program. Additionally, we aim to educate the public on the significance of altering pets and the lifelong commitment that comes with pet ownership. As a volunteer-driven organization, Luv4K9s does not receive any government funding. We rely entirely on adoption fees, fundraising efforts, and donations to operate.
