Adoption Process

We carefully select potential adopters through a thorough interview process. This includes background checks, criminal history reviews, mugshot checks, verification of two personal references, a veterinary check, and an assessment of their living environment. The adoption fee is $475, which covers rabies vaccination, Bordetella vaccination, spaying or neutering, distemper vaccination, microchipping, nail trimming, and the provision of a collar, leash, and harness for the adopter.

Our organization is a registered 501(c)(3) animal rescue and specialty pet services team dedicated to protecting dogs and cats at risk of abuse, neglect, or abandonment. We strive to make a positive impact on the lives of animals in our community and beyond. Our commitment is to enhance the quality of life for all dogs and cats in our care, rescuing as many animals as possible to help address the issues of stray overpopulation and unwanted pets. As a non-profit, all-volunteer, foster-based group, we are passionate about animals and believe that every abandoned or mistreated pet deserves a chance at a better life. Each day, our team works diligently to make a difference for pets and their families. We continuously seek to develop new programs, including educational outreach and community projects, to promote responsible dog ownership and enrich the lives of pets through established community initiatives. Additionally, we are implementing advocacy projects and financial support programs, such as offering free spay and neuter services for low-income families with permanent pets. We also organize pet events to increase the visibility of our animals, helping them find permanent homes, and we visit rehabilitation and retirement communities to further our mission. Our animal rescue ensures that each dog or cat in our foster program enjoys the comforts of a loving home, providing them with the best quality of life while they await their forever families. When necessary, we may utilize boarding facilities due to a lack of available foster homes, but we actively work to find loving homes for all our furry friends and encourage new families to join us as foster caregivers. Our rescue conducts a 30-point inspection to guarantee the safety of each dog or cat, and we provide only the highest-rated dog and cat food to support their well-being.
