CatVando NFP Corp in Maywood, IL
Our main mission is to care for and decrease the population of stray cats in our community through a Comprehensive Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Program. Additionally, we aim to instill a respect for life through our efforts. We collaborate with individuals, communities, and local governments to promote TNR and responsible, humane management of cat colonies. We provide assistance for sick and injured cats and utilize a foster system to facilitate the adoption of kittens and stray cats. Our work is driven by our love for cats and the significant need we observe in our community.

Adoption process
The adoption process begins with the completion of an application, which will be followed by a reference check. The adoption fees are as follows: $100 per kitten, $175 for two kittens, $25 for senior cats, and $75 for adult cats under six years of age. All cats are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, free of fleas and parasites, and in good health, although some may have special needs. We provide follow-up support at three days, three weeks, three months, and one year after adoption, and we are always available to answer any questions. If an adoption does not work out, we welcome any of our adoptees back at any time.
