The Cullman Area Animal Welfare Association (CAAWA) is a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers, dedicated to rescuing dogs and cats in Cullman County. Our mission is to reduce the number of animals surrendered to the local animal shelter by rescuing at-risk dogs and cats and offering low-cost spay and neuter services.
