Adoption Process

Individuals interested in adopting a dog must submit an adoption questionnaire. They will then have the opportunity to meet the dogs either at the foster home or during an adoption event. A fee of $250 applies to applicants under the age of 62, while this fee is waived for those aged 62 and older.

Every day, healthy dogs with wonderful personalities are euthanized simply because they are older and not deemed adoptable. These dogs may be brought in because they can no longer jog with their guardians, need a little extra time to navigate stairs, or are simply not puppies anymore. In some instances, dogs are moved from loving homes to shelters due to the death of their guardians or the inability of their guardians to continue caring for them. We focus on senior dogs at risk, providing them with the necessary care and helping them find loving forever homes. Our goal is to ensure that no dog spends their final days in a shelter. These dogs have so much love and joy to offer.
