Adoptions are first-come, first-served: view available pets online, visit for walk-through viewing, meet with a customer service representative for a meet-and-greet (some dogs require all household members and resident dogs to meet first), and then complete adoption paperwork; dogs must leave with a collar/leash and cats in a secure carrier.
