Williamson County Animal Control is a government facility dedicated to serving the residents of Williamson County. Our adoption program focuses primarily on dogs and cats, although we occasionally have other small animals available for adoption. Our team includes animal control officers, staff members, and numerous volunteers who collaborate to ensure the welfare of the animals in our care.

Adoption process

Adopters must sign an adoption contract. The fee for adopting dogs and puppies is $65. This fee covers the costs of spaying or neutering, rabies vaccination, distemper/parvo vaccination, worming, and heartworm testing. For cats and kittens, the adoption fee is $45, which includes spaying or neutering, rabies vaccination, upper respiratory vaccination, feline leukemia testing, and worming.
