Lincoln County Animal Shelter in Waldport, OR

Lincoln County Animal Shelter, located in Waldport, Oregon and about 50 miles southeast of Eugene, has served as the only animal shelter in Lincoln County for over 60 years. It cares for approximately 1,100 animals annually, immediately accepting sick, injured, and abandoned animals and dogs running at large, while also rehoming surrendered pets and offering licensing, a food bank program, lost-and-found assistance, humane education, and disaster planning support. The shelter's staff work alongside more than 100 volunteers and Animal Services Deputies to protect animal welfare and public safety and promote responsible pet guardianship. Two other animal shelters and rescues also serve Lincoln County, OR.
