Adoption process

Prospective adopters complete and submit an application to be matched with a foster-based pet, then meet the animal by appointment (not first-come, first-served or straight from adoption events); homes must meet requirements like a securely fenced yard, spayed/neutered existing pets, and indoor-only living for cats, and staff/volunteers personally deliver the pet to the new home.
