Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary is located in Woodstock, New York, in Ulster County, roughly 45 miles northeast of Albany, and shares the county with 11 other animal shelters and rescues. It is a nonprofit rescue and forever home for nearly 300 rescued farmed animals living on 135 acres in the Hudson Valley, including cows, pigs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and goats. The sanctuary's mission centers on rescue, education, and advocacy, allowing rescued animals to stay with their families and live out peaceful lives with proper care and shelter. Visitors can tour the grounds, meet the animal residents, and even stay overnight at The Gray Barn, the sanctuary's on-site vegan inn.
