Furever Home Adoption Center is a no-kill, cage-free animal shelter located in East Petersburg, Pennsylvania, about 30 miles northeast of Reading. Opened in October 2010, the shelter's mission is to relieve the suffering of homeless animals in Lancaster County. The facility is zoned to house cats only, though staff work with local dog rescues to assist other animals in the community, including counseling families looking to rehome their dogs. The center is open to the public Tuesdays from 5:00–7:00 PM and Saturdays from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, and prospective adopters are asked to complete an online adoption application.
