The Pennsylvania SPCA Lancaster Center is a humane society located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, operating out of the Mary K. Dano Animal Shelter in the heart of the city. Adoption process

Adoptions at the Lancaster Center are walk-in, with an application that can be filled out in advance; adopters must bring photo ID, proof of address if different, everyone living in the home, any current dogs (with proof of rabies/distemper vaccination) for a meet, and payment for the adoption fee.
