About this shelter

Bleu's Canine Rescue, Inc. in Gardiner, NY

Bleu's Canine Rescue, Inc. is a nonprofit dog rescue based in Gardiner, New York, about 50 miles south of Paterson, NJ. It operates entirely through foster homes and volunteers throughout the Hudson Valley rather than a physical shelter, taking in dogs of all sizes and breeds and placing them into loving, forever homes. The organization provides veterinary care to dogs in its foster network, promotes spaying and neutering, and works to break down stereotypes surrounding "bully" breeds. It also hosts monthly fundraisers and adoption events to support its foster care and connect with the local community.
