It began as Buckeye's Mission, a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to rescuing animals deserving a second chance, pulling primarily from crowded shelters and rehabilitating them before re-homing. The organization operates a 2.75-acre sanctuary property that serves as a permanent home for rescued dogs not yet placed in forever families, alongside a full pet service offering boarding, daycare, grooming, and training open to all breeds, with proceeds funding the rescue and sanctuary. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
