Oliver and Friends Farm Animal Sanctuary in Luther, OK
Oliver and Friends Farm Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 nonprofit farm animal rescue and sanctuary located in Luther, Oklahoma, approximately 15 miles west of Edmond, OK. The sanctuary rescues, rehabilitates, and provides lifelong homes to farm animals, while occasionally placing animals for private adoption to approved homes. It is dedicated to advocating for all animals and educating the public about compassionate, plant-based living, working to show that animals traditionally viewed as "food" are just as unique, intelligent, and sensitive as dogs and cats. The sanctuary was named in honor of Oliver, a beloved resident who passed away in 2019, and it continues to host monthly public fundraising events as well as private tours and group visits by appointment.
