HSSV offers adoption services, community outreach, and education to strengthen the bond between people and pets, and operates on a no-kill philosophy. The shelter is open Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM and 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
