About this shelter

Pet Adoption Center by Lifeline of Galveston County in Webster, TX

The Pet Adoption Center by Lifeline of Galveston County is located in Webster, Texas, about 20 miles northwest of Houston, and is open Wednesday through Sunday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. As a cat rescue, it serves as a safe haven for animals in need, rescuing pets from local municipal shelters, caring for medical cases, and supporting the community through adoption, education, and outreach. Visitors can drop in without an appointment, and the center also runs an on-site Cat Café where guests can relax with adoptable cats while supporting their care. The organization further engages the community through volunteer, foster, and pet sleepover programs, along with an internship program for aspiring animal welfare professionals.
