Second Chance Animal Services Adoption Center is located in Worcester, Massachusetts, about 10 miles east of the city center. Founded in 1999, Second Chance is one of New England's largest animal welfare organizations, helping over 64,000 pets each year through programs designed to keep animals out of shelters and with the people who love them. Beyond adoption, the organization operates Community Veterinary Hospitals offering veterinary care, spay/neuter services, and other support for pets and their owners. The Adoption Center is open Monday through Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Thursday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
