The Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region is a humane society located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, roughly 1 mile northeast of the city center, and is open daily from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It operates two adoption centers, in Colorado Springs and Pueblo, helping dogs, cats, small animals, and barn cats find new homes, and it also runs an Animal Law Enforcement division that enforces animal welfare laws across the Pikes Peak Region. Beyond adoptions, the organization offers veterinary services such as vaccine appointments, wellness exams, and spay/neuter care, along with foster care programs, behavior resources, and lost-and-found pet assistance. It is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ensuring every unwanted or homeless pet has a safe place for shelter and care.
