Adoption Process

All potential adopters must submit an application and undergo a screening process. Once approved, they have the opportunity to meet with adoptable rabbits. However, a home visit is conducted prior to finalizing the adoption. After the screening, adopters are required to sign an agreement and pay a fee of $50.

Our service areas include Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties in Oregon, as well as Clark County in Washington.

Rose City Rabbit Rescue in Beaverton, OR

We are a dedicated team of fewer than 20 volunteers who focus on rescuing, fostering, and rehoming abandoned or at-risk domestic rabbits. Our volunteers have an average of 10 years of experience in caring for rescued rabbits. We undertake this work because local agencies and national shelter organizations often lack the interest or capacity to accept and rehome rabbits.
