Adoption process

Visit the shelter or an off-site adoption partner to meet an animal, do a "meet and greet" to bond, then complete a roughly 20-minute informal conversation with an adoption counselor and sign an adoption agreement; adopters must be at least 18 with valid state-issued ID, and animals are vet-examined, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped before adoption.
