Pets4Luv Foundation in Hicksville, NY

Pets4Luv is a rescue organization dedicated to all breeds of dogs and cats. Our primary mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home animals that are injured, ill, disabled, senior, or have other special needs, whether these challenges are temporary or lifelong. We also prioritize educating the public about companion animal illnesses, medical conditions, and disabilities to dispel common misconceptions. By making this information more accessible, we aim to improve the chances of finding loving, permanent homes for animals that may not be considered "perfect." Additionally, we run a Stray/Feral Assistance Program to provide necessary medical care for sick and injured feral cats.

Adoption process

The adoption process includes an interview, submission of an application, a meet and greet, a home check, and the delivery of pets to their new homes. Adoption fees range from $50.00 to $250.00, and requirements are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, there may be a special needs contract for certain animals.
