Florida Keys SPCA, also known as The Center for Animal Welfare & Education, is a humane society located in Key West, Florida, within Monroe County, roughly 130 miles northeast of Miami. It is dedicated to the humane treatment of all animals through compassionate care, community support programs, adoption, education, and humane law enforcement, with a primary goal of placing every adoptable animal into a caring, loving, lifelong home. The organization operates locations in both Key West and Marathon, finding homes for dogs, cats, and small animals like rabbits, hamsters, and gerbils, and it also provides spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations, and other clinic services to the community.
