Founded by Christine and Stephen Aron, the organization was incorporated in the state of Florida on March 30, 2012. It is a small group of like-minded individuals dedicated to rescuing and rehoming Brittanys and Brittany mixes, pulling dogs from county shelters and taking in pets from owners who can no longer keep them, with all proceeds directed toward the care of these dogs. Manatee County is also home to 7 other animal shelters and rescues.
