Adoption process
The adoption process involves several steps. First, applicants must submit an application, confirming they are at least 21 years old and providing references from a veterinarian and an employer. Next, there will be a phone call with the adoption coordinator. Following that, a Zoom interview with the directors will be scheduled. After the interview, an in-person meeting will take place. Once these steps are completed, there will be a one-week foster-to-adopt period. Finally, applicants will need to complete the necessary paperwork and contract. The adoption fee varies depending on the animal.
