Adoption Process
Before meeting a dog, prospective adopters must complete a pre-adoption application. Once the application is approved, a meeting will be scheduled between the adopter and the dog. At this meeting, an adoption contract will be signed, and an adoption fee, typically $350, will be collected. The dog can then go to its new home after receiving all necessary medical care. This includes comprehensive veterinary services such as vaccinations, microchipping, spaying or neutering, heartworm testing, deworming, dental care if necessary, and any other procedures specific to the dog. Adopters are required to return the dog to us if they are unable or unwilling to care for it in the future.
