Saving Shasta Cats in Dunsmuir, CA
We are a foster-based rescue organization located in the Mt. Shasta area. Although we are small, we have a significant impact. Our initiatives include rescuing and adopting cats, providing spay and neuter services, conducting trap-neuter-return (TNR) programs, and feeding feral colonies in the region. Additionally, we support food banks and offer community education, as well as assistance with care and food for low-income and disabled individuals. Operating in an underserved area with limited resources, we are one of the few organizations addressing the pressing issue of cat overpopulation.
