We are a program affiliated with the national ASPCA organization. Our primary goal is to rescue kittens from Los Angeles County Animal Care Centers, placing them in foster homes before facilitating their adoption into loving families.

There is no adoption fee for cats that have been fostered by the ASPCA. The adoption process is based on conversation. An Adoption Agreement must be completed, and photo updates are required after the adoption.
