Adoption Process

The adoption process begins when you submit an adoption application, either through our website or at an adoption event. An adoption counselor will review your application and reach out with any further questions. Once your application is approved, we will arrange a meet and greet at your home, which must include all family members and any resident dogs. If the meet and greet is successful, two adoption coordinators will need to approve the adoption. After approval, we will complete the final adoption paperwork and collect the adoption fee of $350.
