About this shelter
Helen Sanders Cat Protection and Welfare Society in Seal Beach, CA
The organization evolved from a primarily trap-neuter-return (TNR) group into one that fosters kittens discovered during TNR activities. We have expanded our efforts to include rescuing cats and kittens from shelters that are at risk of euthanasia, as well as caring for abandoned animals. Additionally, we provide spay and neuter vouchers to the public. Our mission is to reduce the number of deaths and suffering caused by overpopulation by promoting spay and neuter practices and saving as many cats as possible.
