Forrest City Area Humane Society in Forrest City, AR
The Forrest City Area Humane Society primarily serves Forrest City and also extends its efforts to the surrounding areas outside the city limits. However, we do not have law enforcement authority to address issues such as neglect, abuse, abandonment, or other animal-related concerns beyond St. Francis County. We support the establishment of affiliated organizations in neighboring counties and recognize our partnership with a sister organization in Cross County. We are open to collaborating with other groups and local law enforcement in surrounding areas to the extent that our resources allow. Our organization consists of a diverse group of individuals united by the goal of educating the community and promoting responsible pet ownership. We are dedicated to caring for unwanted animals and finding them suitable, permanent homes. Additionally, we aim to investigate and address instances of animal abuse within our community.
