About this shelter
Tunica Humane Society in Tunica, MS
Prior to the establishment of THS, stray dogs in Tunica County were collected, held for five days in outdoor kennels, and then euthanized. THS is a dedicated shelter that has made a significant impact. All positions are volunteer-based, and our team works tirelessly, around the clock, to ensure our animals receive cleanliness, veterinary care, love, and attention. We invite you to visit our website or Facebook page to learn more about the remarkable work of Gail Johnson and Sandy Williams, who are cherished not only in our community but across the United States.
