Uarfsc-Northern in BROOKLYN, CT
We are a dedicated organization focused on reducing and ultimately ending the euthanasia of domesticated animals due to overcrowding. Our facility spans 5,000 square feet, where we provide care and address medical needs for approximately 1,000 dogs and cats facing euthanasia each year. Additionally, we are in the process of establishing a low-cost spay and neuter clinic to assist pet owners in need of these services. We also offer educational newsletters and host community meetings, both in-person and online, to raise awareness about spaying and neutering, heartworm disease and prevention, parasites, and other important topics. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, we operate with a board of volunteers committed to our mission.
