Adoption Process

All pets will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and examined by a veterinarian prior to adoption. Potential adopters will have the opportunity to meet the pet and participate in an informal interview with a volunteer. A home visit conducted by a volunteer must be accepted by the adopter before the pet can be adopted. Adoption fees will vary depending on the pet's age and the veterinary services required before the pet is considered adoptable.

I reside in a rural area where stray cats and some dogs frequently visit. My approach has always been to trap, neuter, and release the cats. If they choose to remain, they become part of my farm family. The dogs are also altered, and efforts are made to find them suitable homes. Twelve years ago, I began volunteering with a rescue organization in Wagoner, where I gained valuable experience in animal rescue. Along with several friends from the rescue community, I now aim to focus more on our local area, as many cats continue to arrive, and many are suitable for adoption into loving homes. Rescuegroups.org has been an excellent platform for raising awareness among potential adopters about the animals in need of homes. We hope to utilize your portal to share information about our adoptable pets with those looking to adopt. Our goal is to make a positive difference for every pet that comes our way.
