Adoption Process

The adoption fee for dogs is $50. For cats, we typically accept donations to help cover food costs. Adopters are required to complete and sign a contract. Additionally, all pets must be spayed through my veterinarian at a reduced cost. Alternatively, adopters can choose their own veterinarian, provided they obtain a form to be filled out and returned.

Service Areas

I welcome pets and livestock as long as I have available space at that time. I have experience accommodating dogs and cats from out of state.

I was fortunate to receive support from my friends when I began this endeavor. In our large county, the local shelters unfortunately have a high euthanasia rate and are often unstaffed. Having previously worked in one of these shelters, I witnessed firsthand the lack of resources available, particularly for older individuals with pets that are difficult to adopt. My focus now is on rescuing dogs and collaborating with volunteers to facilitate their placement in homes, foster care, veterinary services, and more. Although we are a small organization, we strive to make a significant impact in our community.
