Adoption Process

Adoption fees may vary, but typically, the fee for an adult cat is $45 and for kittens, it is $60. For adult dogs, the usual fee is $125, while puppies are generally $175. Prospective adopters are required to complete an adoption application, which will be reviewed by the staff.

We have recently constructed a new facility at a cost of over $200,000. The residents of Sullivan County have shown great enthusiasm for supporting the establishment of this shelter.
